“When a decision is truly yours, you feel it — relief, yes, but also the particular excitement of a life that just became more possible.”
For decisions that are too important to rush, and too important to keep postponing.
A four-week guided process in a small, curated group — with three live Sunday calls, individual reflection between sessions, and a 1:1 follow-up.
Designed for a decision that needs real attention now — and enough space to unfold honestly.

You may have thought about it from every angle. Talked it through. Waited for clarity. Tried to be reasonable. Listened to too many voices.
And still, the decision keeps returning.
There comes a point when waiting no longer creates clarity. The longer the decision stays unresolved, the longer the life that may become available after it stays postponed.
Whether to stay or leave.
Whether to deepen one path or open another.
Whether to commit, pause, or wait.
Whether to keep building — or close something that no longer fits.
You do not need another round of analysis. You need enough space to hear your own truth — and move with it.
The Next Chapter Room is designed to give you that space, in thoughtful company.
There is the situation itself: the facts, the people involved, the timelines, the responsibilities, the consequences.
And there is what happens inside you: habit, adaptation, familiar roles, the wish to keep things stable, the impulse to resolve the tension quickly.
Both layers matter.
The work is to see them clearly enough that they stop deciding on your behalf.
Over four weeks, you will work with one real decision.
You will step back from the outer pressure and inner noise shaping the situation, see more clearly what is yours, and return with the next move that feels both authentic and realistic.
That may be:
A clear yes.
A clear no.
Not yet. Not like this.
One missing piece of information.
Or one honest next step that changes the situation.
The aim is not to force certainty.
It is to help you move with clarity you can actually trust.
A carefully held process that gives your decision enough time to unfold — without letting it drift.
Between the live sessions, you will receive reflection questions and simple exercises to bring the process back into real life. You will notice what becomes clearer, what gets louder, and what still feels true once the first insight settles.
There is something powerful about realising you are not the only one who needs more than a moment for an important decision. In a small group, witnessing how others move through their own process can show you things about your own decision that thinking alone never quite reaches.
The process also includes a personal follow-up check-in after the final session. The aim is not to keep thinking about the decision.
It is to help you move through it with more clarity, steadiness, and trust.
I have spent more than 20 years working with people who genuinely want to make a difference — in organisations, in communities, and in their own lives.
What I keep seeing is this: well-meaning, capable people get so caught in the noise of outer expectations and inner adaptation that they stop hearing what is actually true for them. They make decisions from someone else’s agenda. And I do not think that is good for them — or for the world.
I built The Next Chapter Room because I believe that when people make decisions that are truly theirs, something shifts — not only in their own life, but in what becomes possible around them.
I am a certified leadership coach, facilitator, and lecturer within an Executive MBA in Digital Leadership. I am also the co-author of The Futuremakers.
My work brings together professional rigour, careful reflection, and embodied awareness. The room I create is honest, unhurried, and held with care.
“I believe the world becomes a better place when people make decisions that are true to who they are — because that is where meaningful impact begins.”
The process begins with a welcome message and preparation exercise on Wednesday 17 June.

The Next Chapter Room gives you a carefully held space to hear your own truth, take the wider context seriously, and move with the clearest possible next step.
